  • The project scope may be modified upon mutual agreement documented in writing.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing us with all necessary information and materials for the project, including content, brand guidelines, and any specific design requirements.
  • You will provide timely feedback and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
  • You are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses or permissions for content or materials included in the website.

3. Payment Terms

  • Our payment terms are outlined in the written proposal or agreement.
  • We typically require a Rs. 1500/- advance payment to initiate the project for Website Design.
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion and your approval of the final website.
  • We accept payment through Razor pay and UPI.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Intellectual Property

  • We retain ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with our design and development work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing/conversation via mobile.
  • You own the content and information you provide for the project.
  • We grant you a non-exclusive license to use the final website design and development for your business purposes.
  • We are Not Providing Domain Registration and Hosting Service. We May use Third Party Domain and Hosting Registration like GoDaddy etc.,

5. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • We warrant that the Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner according to industry standards.
  • We do not warrant that the website will be error-free or completely secure.
  • We disclaim any warranties or guarantees regarding website functionality, performance, Data related issues or compatibility with any specific hardware or software.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will be limited to the amount paid by you for the Services.
  • We will not be liable for any consequential, indirect, punitive, or special damages.

7. Term and Termination

  • These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either party.
  • We may terminate these Terms for cause, such as your failure to make payments or provide necessary materials.
  • You may terminate these Terms at any time, but you will be responsible for payment for services rendered up to the date of termination.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be settled through Call/Email with us

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India

10. Entire Agreement

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Yogana Infotech regarding the use of the Website and Services.
