Yogana Infotech understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. This Refund & Return Policy outlines our policy regarding project cancellations and refunds.

Project Stages and Refunds

We strive to deliver high-quality web design and development services following a defined process with various stages. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Project Not Started: If you cancel a project before we begin work, you will receive a full refund of any advance payment made (If already Payment made to us).
  • Design Phase: If you cancel a project after the design phase has begun but before any revisions are provided, you will receive a partial refund based on the work completed.
  • Revisions: We provide two complimentary design revisions. Additional revisions will be subject to an additional fee based on the complexity of the requested changes.
  • Development Phase: Once development begins based on approved designs, refunds will not be available unless the project cannot be completed due to our fault.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel a project, please inform us in writing as soon as possible. The cancellation will be effective upon our written confirmation.

Revision Policy

We include two rounds of revisions in our design process to ensure your satisfaction. Additional revisions will be considered upon request and may incur an additional fee depending on the scope of the changes.

Please Note

  • This Refund & Return Policy does not apply to logo design services. For logo design, we provide two revisions, and upon final approval, we deliver the logo files (PNG and PSD) to you.
  • We do not offer refunds for completed projects that have been uploaded to your server.
